Now what about the eve of the wedding? Maybe you need to settle the nerves, ground a bit more or just share some time with your special bridal party or similar. I offer bespoke Harp focussed ‘soundbaths’ which can include a short guided meditation ( I am also a qualified meditation teacher) and a gentle journey through the relaxing sound of the harp - the perfect reset.

My approach to meditation is very free form and no imposed specific breathing routines or need to sit still… ( see my Wellbeing Workshops page to get a better idea)
